Our expert teams have vast hands-on experience and certifications, giving them the skills necessary to tackle a wide range of jobs. We also work alongside our Jani-King partners, with access to a significant labour resource of over 1000 staff. This allows us to take on even the biggest of jobs. All of our staff have undergone extensive internal training on health and safety and are required to meet our very strict policies.
Alistair is Co-Owner of JaniKing. Alistair began his adult educational life at Otago University gaining a Bachelor of Commerce. He has since expanded his knowledge extensively through Universities in London, Adelaide and Auckland, gaining his Masters in Tax and his Masters and a Doctorate in Business Administration. After many years in Europe, the Middle East and Asia managing multi million dollar organisations, Alistair and his family settled in Christchurch and established a Chartered Accounting Business. In 2016, Alistair and Roger purchased Jani-King New Zealand. Alistair has now fully invested his time in JaniKing and is enjoying actively helping the business to grow. Outside of work hours, Alistair’s passions are both family time and a North Canterbury vineyard specialising in Syrah and Viognier wines.
Roger has been a part of the Jani-King family for over 13 years and is currently based in Christchurch. He has excellent results building successful businesses from the ground up, assembling high performance teams and delivering consistently strong results across diverse markets. Roger has specialist expertise in franchising start-ups, small business, sales and business operations; and broad-reaching experience across sales management, people leadership, training and development, operational management, financial management, marketing management and key account management. In his spare time, Roger enjoys time spent with family and friends, snow skiing and traveling.
